Lists are only rated by RobTop himself without being sent by Moderators in-game. However, Moderators can still suggest them within the Moderator Discord server, and they can then be relayed to RobTop for a rating if they are good. Generally, we look for lists with an interesting overarching concept or theme, and with fitting playable levels regardless of whether they are rated. The list rating system may be improved in the future.

RobTop stopped answering the support email as it got too much traffic. He sometimes answers people on Twitter and on the Discord server. If you have something important to talk about, send a direct message to a Geometry Dash Moderator. Depending on the circumstances they might redirect your message to him.

Depending on what needs to be reported there are different people to contact. If there is a member of the community spreading hate by using the in-game commenting system please contact an Elder Moderator as they have the ability to delete comments or ban users from commenting. To report a user that has cheated statistics, report it to a Leaderboard Moderator through their Discord server. To report a level, please contact an Elder Moderator as they have the ability to delete unrated levels. For reporting an account as a whole, contact any Moderator and they will pass the information to RobTop if required.

It depends on the platform you play on, as RobTop does not personally handle refunds. On Steam, you can refund the game by right-clicking the game, then clicking on "Support" and selecting "This is not what I expected". You will then be given the option to refund if:

• You have not owned the game for more than two weeks.
